Hard is always not easy.

today early morning, I went to volleyball training again.

it was quiet a good starting. but when Jenny (the coach) arrived, the "nightmare" had started.

I had overstretched my muscle again. -o- yet, this time is better than last time. :) god bless.

then, coach's training was quiet hard. plus, today's weather was so HOT! especially the SUN! XS

I was standing under the HOT SUN for almost 15 minutes. ~o~

I was totally exhausted after the training. and Jenny "zett" me again. T^T never mind, it's not the first time.

but when she said that my standard is almost like the junior standard! my heart was broken!

I'm so disappoint and sad. I don't know who I should blame. me or who? *no one.

by the way, I will proof her that I'm not junior standard! Xp

after the training, I lost my appetite. therefore, I just bought a can of 'Justea' to refill my energy.

I don't want to have lunch with them, because some of the reasons. ><'

then, I changed my clothes, heading for the library to find Yinn. ^^

Chatting, reading the newspapers.. .. and so on. :) some "healthy activities".

bla-bla-bla... during the Science period( last two period), finally we got a new Science teacher!!

WOW! she got a slimy body shape! :L yet, her voice is quiet soft! we can't hear her voice clearly.

plus, it's raining. == so, we suggested that today no need teach first! yea! it's our happy hour!

Don't know today TOng and Yinn them took wrong medicine or what! kept acting the cat meowing! -o-

even though got abit annoying but so funny!!! XD interesting too! ;D we all gone mad!

kept laughing loudly!!! but I guess teacher didn't notice that. == ohh my!

then, I knew that we will not have some good days in my future Science period. T_T
