Malacca, a different place.

Day One, 25 November 2012, Sunday.

Halo guys, unbelievably, I found a way to upload PHOTOS and blog about my Malacca trip. Maybe some of you might wonder why I am so desperate to blog about the Malacca, a place where almost people know about it. Yeap, but the Malacca I've been there, was a different place where I went before. Or maybe the old time I was too young to remember or notice all these differences. But now, I actually felt the different Malacca. :)

I can't remember precisely what time we pushed off, but definitely morning. LOL

Then, we looked for parking to park the car. Well, what makes me feel so different about this trip is the way we travel Malacca. As I'd said, we parked our car somewhere and walked to another place one by one. blah blah blah. It's kinda free and easy, you just walk where ever you want, but ensure you remember where you started off - the place you park your car. LOL Then, we found this restaurant, which they serve Nyonya cuisine.

I wore my sista's hat. LOL and the camera didn't want to focus us. -.-

Yeap, it's the cendol. I personally think that it's nothing special at all, and not tasty, it's tasteless. 

The place where they make cendol and they also sell kuih. lol

After our lunch, we started our journey to 'wander' around the town and I like the feel so much. I felt like I was part of the tourists..? 

Yeap, my sista and I were wearing the same shirt. Actually... well long story. LOL And our pose is cute. ^^

After we got into our car, went back to the accommodation and take some rest. teehee

 

After that, we went for dinner at the Portuguese Settlement. There is a huge food court which serve Portuguese cuisine and lots of seafood.

It was so windy there! LOL

It's something Portuguese fish, can't remember the exact name. LOL 

sweet and sour chicken, yeap that's special order for me. LOL I don't eat spicy food. LOL

Then, we went for the Menara Taming Sari! woohoo, we can see almost the whole Malacca  up there! ;) It's actually not that crowded as I expected. But air-condition and seats are provided.

After that we went back to our accommodation. :) It was a pleasant day to remember. This is what I love about bagpack travel. I will go for bagpack travel someday, when I earn enough money. LOL Of course, stay tuned for Day Two, the last day of this Malacca trip. ;) Although only two days trip, but I felt the difference!
