cooking holiday!

Halo guys, I'm back again! It's a short update regrading the gyoza progress. My cooking kaki, lil sista and I were so excited when we were planning to make gyoza for family yesterday! So, the night before yesterday, we made the gyoza wrapping, because we were lazy to knead the dough in the morning. LOL

YAY! what a great success in second attempt! The skin was thin enough, the filling tasted good, everything was just fine! Of course, it could be better, so.. maybe I'm gonna make it again. If I have the mood. haha

Since tomorrow is public holiday right, my sistas and I are planning to make thin crust pizza tomorrow! muahaha, cooking holiday! yay! Actually, I wanted to make desserts, like Napoleon CAKE! OMG. I never try it out before, I found out this dessert when I flipped through my sista's photos on fb... It looks so delicious to me! I want to make strawberry napoleon cake! However, seems the dough is kinda challenging... Anyway, I hope I can make this cake by this holiday!

Kinda into cycling recently! Because of that, I'm so caring and notice more about my neighbourhood. Cycling around the neighbouhood, scaring off the cats *i know i'm bad*, wandering, enjoying the nature and my life! I discovered so many new things about the neighbourhood, had fun with the speeding of cycling. I feel so healthy! 

Yesterday was a windy day, as the wind blew, I smelt the nature that washed by the rain. It was lovely fragrant. I feel nearer to the nature, the trees, flowers and grass are what I felt when I was young. It's reminiscing, I love it so much, recalled a lot of old beautiful memories. But now, the old memories can't be repeated as changes happened. Regrettably, the locations and the people changed. Anyway, I found a lot of fun in cycling! Yay!

that's all, ta-ta. I should go back to my anime! watching last episode of Hyouka right now! ;) Next maybe D Gray man? But it's so long... omg.
